Likabali Recruitment Rally- Army Jawan visiting remote areas to spread awareness

The Army Formation is organising teams of soldiers to visit remote areas and spread awareness for the upcoming recruitment rally  to be held at likabali.

In its endeavour to empower and facilitate the preparation of prospective candidates for the upcoming recruitment rally at Likabali from 5th to 8th February, the Indian Army’s Gajraj Corps is undertaking an outreach campaign to spread awareness and impart training to them.

Seized with the difficulty of people from far flung areas of Arunachal Pradesh in getting knowledge of current happenings and the lack of facilities available there, the Army Formation is organising teams of soldiers to visit distant places and spread awareness of the rally.

The endeavour of the Army is to tap the talent and impart the necessary training to the candidates. For the 350 vacancies of soldiers in various trades available for being filled up, the registration is open at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in since 5th December.

The Army has placed a training team at 10 different locations in Arunachal Pradesh for conducting the training over three weeks  starting 8th January onwards. These are Tawang, Jung, Zimithang, Lumla, Sessa, Bomdila, Tenga, Seppa, Dirang and Bhalukpong. The training will include basic orientation training, checking of documents, medical check-up and physical training of the candidates.
