Assam: SA Memorial College organised freshmen social cum get together

The freshmen social cum get together of SA Memorial College for the year 2018 was held at the college premises on Thursday where the new students were introduced to the old ones.
The college is the one of premium privet education institution situated at mokrapara in kokrajhar district.
The ceremony was followed by an open session and cultural programme. The students introduction ceremony was chaired by Husnara begum, Vice principal of the college.
The open session in the evening which began with a candle lighting by Dr. Biswajit Sarmah, Director CUDC, Gauhati University.
In his welcome speech he said that, “Only acquiring knowledge and education is not enough. Students should be decent having suitable conformity by physical ,mental and moral.”
A beautiful cultural really from different communities was also carried out by the students from institution.
Among others Paragmoni Aditya, Journalist, Abhijit Kalita, HR Assam Talks, Rabul Rahman, Business Head Assam Talks, Abdul Ali Mandal, MCLA BTC, Joydol Islam, President Kokrajhar district committee ABMSU were present in the celebration.
